Please contact me to arrange a free initial consultation – which will be a confidential 10-to-20 minute conversation on the phone where we will discuss your issues and to see if my therapy is suitable for you. I am qualified to work with adults and children*.

Therapy sessions last for 50-60 minutes and take place in a warm, comfortable and private environment – this a purpose built garden room to the side and back of my property. There is roadside parking and bathroom facilities can be available. When you book your first session with me I will send you directions. I can offer therapy via the internet and a webcam*, and also telephone*. I also offer a limited number of home visits.

Therapy sessions cost £40, payable by cash or cheque on the day or in advance for all modes of therapy. I do offer limited concessionary rates for student counsellors/therapists, students, low waged/unemployed – please ask for details.

I offer therapy on Monday (morning and afternoon), Thursday (morning and afternoon), and Saturday morning.

I am insured to practice and I hold an enhanced certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). All discussions between myself and my clients are confidential and my work is bound by the Human Givens Institute ethics and conduct policy. I regularly attend continuing professional development (CPD) training to ensure that my skills are up to date and to learn new ones.

Supervision

Non-managerial supervision for practitioners, individual and groups, in relation to their professional practice. This includes health care professionals, counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists and social workers. Also available for trainees in their respective areas, and trainee supervisors, with concessionary rates available (please ask). Please visit the Supervision page.

Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs)

For companies, corporations and organisations wishing to offer their employees an effective route to resolve their issues which would ordinarily be outside the remit of human resources and management. Arrangements can be made on a bespoke basis to suit your requirements.
