I have, recently (2023), become an accredited Human Givens (HG) supervisor so can offer supervision to HG trainees and practitioners

In general, I usually see clients for between 2 and 8 sessions but I can offer long-term therapy if required – and also single sessions for those wanting a psychological wellbeing check-up

I also provide counselling and psychotherapy for companies, corporations and organisations as employee assistance programmes (EAPs), as well as working with charities, mental health organisations and private health care providers. I am currently working with Dyfed-Powys Police, Marelli (previously Calsonic Kansei in Llanelli), The DPJ Foundation, The Red Poppy Company, Pegasus Occupational Health, Aviva, Aetna Global Benefits, Vitality Health and PTSD Resolution.
