Harbour Light Therapy is pleased to offer a ‘walk and talk’ therapy session. This involves getting outside (weather permitting), walking, appreciating the beauty of nature and talking about the issues that are bothering you.
For those who have difficulty walking we can seek an alternative method to get outdoors. For example, sitting on a bench with a view.
I have a selection of walks available in the Burry Port and Pembrey areas. We can discuss these prior to the session. The walks last around 40-50 minutes, so the total time of the therapy session shouldn’t be more than an hour. The cost is the same as a face-to-face session – see here
If you have a particular walk in mind that lasts approximately 40-50 minutes then do please mention this when booking. However, this may involve extra cost if I have to travel there.
Confidentiality will be an issue as there may be people around, so we can discuss this beforehand and decide what to do if this arises. Any paperwork – registration and contract – will have to be completed before the session.
