A WARM WELCOME TO HARBOUR LIGHT THERAPY

“Lighting the way to clear thinking and emotional wellbeing”
CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) GUIDANCE – I am no longer seeing clients and supervisees face-to-face. New and existing clients/supervisees can opt for therapy/supervision via telephone, online or webcam – please ask for details. If you do have symptoms – fever, shortness of breath, cough etc – then do please stay at home – seek medical advice if worried.
FREE THERAPEUTIC CHAT – for front-line medical staff, doctors and nurses etc, who are working tirelessly to help and support us through this coronavirus situation. A chance for you to offload, discuss ways of coping and any other concerns. Please contact me to arrange a free and confidential therapeutic chat (Skype etc).
NEW – CONSULTATIVE & CLINICAL SUPERVISION – for health care professionals, counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, social workers and organisations (concessionary rates available for trainees)
I offer a simple and down-to-earth approach which is:
In general, I usually see clients for between 2 and 8 sessions but I can offer long-term therapy if required – and also single sessions for those wanting a psychological wellbeing check-up
Please contact me to arrange a free and confidential consultation
I also provide counselling and psychotherapy for companies, corporations and organisations as employee assistance programmes (EAPs). I am currently working with Dyfed-Powys Police, Calsonic Kansei, The Red Poppy Company, Pegasus Occupational Health, Aviva, Aetna Global Benefits, Vitality Health and PTSD Resolution. Please contact me to discuss your needs.
My main aim is to help you discover the skills within yourself so that you can manage your life positively
Good therapy utilises your own resources to aid constructive change in your life as well as helping you make positive choices for a brighter future
